“Doors roll silently with a light touch . . . ” That’s a description from the Weber Showcase & Fixture Co. catalog entitled Roll A Door Cabinets for Frozen Foods and Ice Cream. These cabinets have horizontal frost-free doors which roll open. The rolling doors help keep the temperature constant in the cabinet.
The next catalog shows frozen turkey products. The catalog is entitled Empire Frozen Turkey Products, by Empire Kosher Poultry, Inc., located in Mifflintown, PA.
